Aria Mingo, a student designer from Metro Detroit, specializes in making unique knitwear and jewelry pieces. Her passion is exploring her full artistic potential to create beautiful works. Aria believes that creativity is within everyone, and with dedication, anyone can turn their ideas into reality.
Recent work
The most recent show she participated in was Afrik, an annual fashion event hosted by Cornell University’s Pan-African Student Association (PASA), which showcases clothing from Black designers with diverse backgrounds. Additionally, she has been involved in vendor events organized by associations such as Collective X and Thread Magazine.
